摘要
目的探讨高校中青年教职工高胆固醇情况,为今后防病治病提供依据。方法对1232名20-45岁高校教职工采用血浆酶法检测,并分组进行分析。结果高校中青年教职工高胆固醇发生率为23.56%,其中男性30.24%,女性11.97%;男女之间相同年龄组、同性别不同年龄组之间的患病情况差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,高胆固醇占所有患病类型的41%以上。结论高校中青年教职工已有相当高的高胆固醇患者,男性发病率显著高于女性。
Objective ： To explore the high cholesterol situations of the young and middle-aged faculty members at colleges and universities and provide a basis for preventing and curing diseases in the future. Methods ： Plasma enzymatic detection was adopted in 1232 faculty members who were among 20-45 years＇old, and was analyzed in different groups. Results： The total incidence rate was 23.56% with 30.24% in the male, and 11.97% in the female. In the tests, such as the total incidence rates of men and women, the same age group of men and women, and the different age group with same gender, the results were P 〈0.01, which had significant difference, and high cholesterol accounted for more than 41% of all types of illnesses. Conclusion ： The number of patients with high cholesterol at colleges and universities is comparatively high and the incidence rate of men is significantly higher than that of the women.
