摘要
目的:研究牙隐裂的有效治疗方法。方法:91颗已确诊牙隐裂的牙根据全冠修复与否分成进行全冠修复和未进行全冠修复两组,随后进行一年的疗效追踪观察。结果:进行全冠修复完全成功55颗,占61.1%;改善7颗,占7.85%。未进行全冠修复的28颗全部失败,占31.1%,二者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:全冠修复对保证牙隐裂治疗成功具有重要作用。
Objective： To study the effective method of treatment on cracked tooth. Methods： Ninety-one cracked teeth were divided into two groups by complete veneer crown treatment, curative effect was evaluated after one year. Results： Fifty five were completely successful and seven were improved, twenty eight were failed. There was significant difference between them. Conclusion： Complete veneer crown treatment is important to therapy the cracked tooth.
