摘要
研究了对氨基酚(p-aminophenol)对低物质量比脲醛树脂的胶合强度和甲醛释放量的影响。结果表明,添加1%对氨基酚就可以显著提高胶合板的胶合强度,达到255%,符合Ⅱ类胶合板国标要求,甲醛释放量达E2级。进一步添加对氨基酚到2%,甲醛释放量可达E1级。对氨基酚改性脲醛树脂的性价比基本与常用的三聚氰胺改性相当。
Effect of bonding strength and formaldehyde emission of plywood with low molar ratio urea-formaldehyde (LIF) adhesive resin modified with p-aminophenol is investigated. The results show that the bonding strength is effectively increased to 255 % with addition of 1% p-aminophenol which accords with the requirement of national standard, and E2 grade of formaldehyde emission. Formaldehyde emission can reach E1 grade with the content of paminophenol to 2 %. The modifier of p-aminophenol in UF resin can equal with melamine on performance price ratio.
