摘要
研究了WC、SC热电补偿导线合金丝在不同变形量,不同温度退火条件下的电阻串、硬度、晶粒度,以及作为负极与纯铜正极组成补偿导线的热电势的变化规律。研究表明:随变形量的增加,合金丝的电阻率升高,上述热电势降低。随退火温度升高,合金丝电阻率下降,热电势升高。而在再结晶温度范围,合金丝的电阻率有升高趋势,热电势有下降过程。此变化规律对于补偿导线及热电偶的各类接插件的生产加工及精度控制有重要的指导意义。
To study the resistivity, hardness and grain fineness of the compensating alloyed wire of WC, SC thermo - compensating lead on the condition of different deformation and annealing at different temperature, the variation law of the thermal electric potential of compensating lead composed of the alloyed wire as negative pole and pure copper as positive pole. The study shows that the resistivity of alloyed wire raised and thermal potential reduced with the increase of deformation. As the annealing temperature rises, the resistivity of alloyed wire reduced and thermal potential raised. But in the range of temperature of recrys-tallization, the resistivity of alloy wires has trend to rise and thermal electric potential has the dropping course.
