摘要
针对传感器所接收到的设备放电中的紫外光信号的特点,采用高速数字积分技术测量其光功率,并推导了传感器接收到的紫外光功率与传感器输出的电信号之间的数值关系。在此基础上,推导出整个设备的放电光功率,用以表征设备放电的紫外辐射光强。另外,该仪器还可以利用其特有的数字积分的方法描绘出整个放电的发展过程,为分析放电规律提供了一种有借鉴意义的方法。
According to the characteristics of the UV pulse received by the tester, the UV pulse power is measured based on high speed digital integration technology, and relationship between the received UV pulse and output signal of the UV photomultiplier tube is derived, therefore the discharge power of the source can be obtained, which indicates the strength of apparatuses discharge. In addition, the whole process of apparatuses discharge can be reformulated by digital integration. It can offer an easy way to analysis the discharge from HV apparatuses in detail.
