摘要
目的加强学生临床营养学技能训练，使学生具有与社会需求相适应的营养学技能。方法依据营养护理原则．选择6项营养学技能，采取不同的教学训练方法对5年制护理专科生进行强化教学训练。结果强化教学训练促进了学生学会营养学技能。结论教师在临床营养学教学中采用适宜的教学方法，加强对学生的技能进行训练，有利于其更好地掌握营养学技能。
Objective To strengthen skill training of Clinical Nutriology for 5-year nursing students,in order to cultivate their practical abilities according to society needs. Methods Six major clinical skills in Clinical Nutriology were selected on the basis of the principles of nutriological nursing. The 5-year nursing students were given intensive training by different teaching strategies. Results The intensive training improved the nutriological skills of the students. Conclusion Teachers should use available teaching methods,strengthen skill training for nursing students,in order to make them grasp better skills in Nutriology.
