摘要
目的:探讨建立下颌单侧后牙游离端缺失种植固定义齿三维有限元模型,为这类设计的种植固定桥生物力学研究提供数学模型基础。方法:利用ATOS流动式光学扫描仪技术和Imageware软件,CATIT软件的实体建模技术,结合ABAQUS有限元分析软件建立不同位置种植体支持固定桥的三维有限元模型。结果:成功建立了具有良好几何相似性的三维有限元模型。结论:将ATOS流动式光学扫描仪技术、数字图像处理技术与一系列计算机软件相结合,建立三维有限元模型的方法是有效可行的,可提高模型的仿真性和建模的高效性。
Objective: To establish 3-D finite element model of fixed bridge supported by implants in restoring mandibular single side distal free-end edentulism for biomechanical research. Methods: Combining ATOS scanning technology, image ware software, CATIT software, ABAQUS software, digital image transfer and a series of computer software to construct the 3-D finite element model of fixed bridge supported by implants of different position. Results: The 3-D finite element model was successfully constructed which has good geometric similarity. Conclusion: The method of combining ATOS and a series of computer software to construct a 3-D finite element model is feasible and effective and the procedure of building models is available to improve model similarity and efficiency.
