摘要
目的探讨应用腹壁下动脉穿支皮瓣行阴道再造术的围手术期护理方法。方法对收治的5例患者的术前准备、术后护理、出院指导等进行回顾性分析。结果所有转移皮瓣完全成活,5例患者术后恢复顺利,无明显并发症发生。随访2-12个月(平均6个月),再造阴道外口通畅、质地柔软、宽敞,患者对再造效果满意。结论针对患者的特殊心理,术前采取有效的心理疏导,手术前后进行综合性护理是降低并发症、保证新术式顺利开展的重要措施。
Objective To explore the perioperative care for patients with vaginal reconstruction using perforator flap of inferior epigastric artery. Methods The measures of preoperative preparation ,postoperative care and discharge guidance for 5 patients with vagina reconstruction using perforator flap of inferior epigastrie artery were summarized. Results The transferring flap survived in all 5 cases. The patients recovered well without complications after the surgery. The reconstructed vaginal orifice was clear,the texture was soft and spacious and the patients were satisfied with the outcomes after 2-12（6 at average） months of following-up. Conclusion Effective preoperative psychological nursing according to the special mental state of patients and comprehensive perioperative care are the important methods to reduce postoperative complications and ensure the smooth application of new operative techniques.
