摘要
如何培养能够胜任地方物流企业管理岗位的应用型管理人才已经成为地方高校物流管理本科专业人才培养关注的问题。本文通过对地方高校物流管理本科专业职业技能架构的条件及职业技能内容的分析,提出地方高校物流管理本科专业职业技能培养定位应取决于人才培养方案的定位,并在此基础上探讨了职业技能的培养路径。
It is of great importance for local colleges to cultivate the competent undergraduates with the major of logistics in order to meet the demands of local industrial and commercial administration. In this paper the conditions for vocational skills and the content of vocational skills required by logistics department in local colleges are analyzed. The proposal that the content of vocational skills should be determined by the positioning of the logistics program in local colleges is also presented. On these basis, the path of training the vocation skills is discussed.
