摘要
多年来,人们认为酪氨酸酶是黑色素生物合成所须的唯一的酶。90年代中期的新概念认为,多巴色素互变酶和DHICA氧化酶也影响黑色素的合成。同时,黑色素细胞外的内皮素刺激黑色素细胞的增殖、分化并激活酪氨酸酶的活性。因此,将内皮素拮抗剂和其它美白剂复合使用,将是研究开发新一代美白化妆品的方向。
For a long time,people consider that the tyrosinase is the only enzyme which required for the bio-synthesis of melanin.It is until the middle of the nineties,a new concept emerged and considered that both dopachrome tautomerase and DHICA oxidase also play a role in the course of melanin synthesis.At the same time the endothelin located outside the melanocytes excites the proliferation of melanocytes, and activates the activity of the tyrosinase.Therefore,the multiple application of the endothelin antagonist and lighteners of other kinds will be a new direction for the research and development of the lightening cosmetics of a new era.
