人才队伍是科研院所最重要最宝贵的资源。科研院所实现科学发展,必须要牢固树立起科学的人才观,以科技创新人才为重点,坚持科技创新、科技产业、技术支撑和管理创新人才"四支"队伍一起抓,整体推进人才队伍建设,为建设新型科研院所提供强有力的人才支撑和组织保障。
Talent team is the most important and valuable resource for scientific research institution. In order to realize the scientific development, the scientific research institution must establish firmly the concept of scientific talent. By focusing on the talents with technological innovation, the scientific research institution should adhere to grasp simultaneously the talent teams of scientific and technological innovation, science and technology industries, technical support and management personnel, so that the construction of talent team could be promoted, and the strong professional and organizational support could be provided for building a new type of scientific research institution.
