摘要
为测定两株植物内生菌EJS-1和EMD-1的发酵液抗菌谱,用牛津杯法对34种常见食品腐败菌和植物病害菌进行抗菌活性研究。结果表明:EJS-1对受试真菌菌株的抑制作用达70%,且对G+和G-均有抑制效果;EMD-1对受试真菌菌株的抑制作用达到87%,对G+有较强的抑制效果。
In order to determine the antimicrobial spectrum of fermented broth of endophyte strains EJS-1 and EMD-1, the antimicrobial activities of the fermented broth on 34 commom food spoilage organisms and plant-damaging germs were investigated by the Oxford cup method. The results showed that the fermented broth of EJS-1 reached 70% in the inhibiting effect on the tested fungus strains and the fermented broth of EMD-1 reached 87% ,indicating that both species of strains have a good antimierobial activity and merit further research and development.
