从次磷酸钠生产废渣中提取亚磷酸 被引量:6

摘要 介绍了从次磷酸钠生产废渣中回收提取亚磷酸的工艺。次磷酸钠生产废渣中亚磷酸钙在80℃时与加入的碳酸钠溶液反应生成碳酸钙沉淀与亚磷酸钠,过滤后的亚磷酸钠溶液用阳离子交换树脂法交换生成亚磷酸溶液,再经浓缩、结晶得到亚磷酸。工艺总收率可达84.3%。 The technological process for preparing phosphorous acid from the production waste of sodium hypophosphite was described. At the reaction temperature of 80℃,calcium phosphite in the production waste of sodium hypophosphite reacted with sodium carbonate solution to give deposition of calcium carbonate and solution of sodium phosphite. The filtrate of sodium phosphite was changed into phosphorous acid solution by means of ion exchange resin method, and then phosphorous acid was obtained by means of concentration and crystallization. Total yield of the process reached 84.3%.
