摘要
目的:研究有氧运动(游泳)对大鼠血糖、血脂和血液凝固功能的影响。方法:30只SD大鼠进行不同强度的游泳训练后,测定其血糖、血脂、血浆组织因子(TF)活性、组织因子途径抑制物(TFPI)抗原、组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)和纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物-1(PAI-1)的活性。结果:1)与对照组相比,运动对大鼠血糖有降低趋势,但差异无统计学意义(p>0.05);2)小强度运动使大鼠血清LDL明显降低(p<0.05),大强度运动具有升高血清LDL的趋势;3)小运动组大鼠血清HDL浓度呈逐渐升高趋势,而大强度组的大鼠血清HDL明显降低(p<0.05);4)小强度游泳运动后,血浆t-PA活性及t-PA/PAI-1比值明显升高(p<0.01),PAI-1活性却明显降低(p<0.05);大强度游泳运动组t-PA活性没有明显改变,PAI-1活性有所升高;5)与对照组相比,运动训练使TFPI水平升高,其中小强度组TFPI含量(p<0.05)和TFPI/TF比值显著性升高(p<0.01),大强度组的TF含量有所升高,而TFPI/TF比值变化不明显(p>0.05)。结论:小强度的运动训练可以改善机体的凝血和纤溶功能,而大强度的训练不利于改善纤溶功能;且降低机体的抗凝功能。
Objective: The aim of this study is to observe the changes of blood glucose, blood lipid and coagulative system of rats after aerobic - exercise (Swimming). Method: 30 Sprague- Dawley male rats are randomly divided into three groups, taking part in different intensities swimming trainings. The content of blood glucose, blood lipid, the activity of plasma t - PA, PAI- 1, the antigen contents of TF and TFPI are measured. Results: 1) Comparing with the control group, the content of blood glucose shows little decrease in aerobic - exercise group (p 〉 0.05) ; 2) Compared with the control, LDL decreases evidently in low intensity swimming training group(p 〈 0.05) and increases in high intensity swimming training group; 3) HDL increases in low intensity swimming training group, but decreases evidently in high intensity swimming training group; 4) low intensity swimming training may significantly increase t - PA activity and ratio of t - PAL to PAI- 1 (p 〈 0.01), and reduce PAI- 1 activity(p 〈 0.05). High intensity swimming training increases PAI- 1 activity and does not change t - PA activity. The swimming training may increase the antigen concentration of TFPI, and high intensity swimming training may increase plasm TFPI concentration(p 〈 0.05) and the ratio of TFPI to TF(p 〈 0.01 ), and high intensity swimming training significantly increases antigen concentration of TF, but does not change the ratio of TFPI to TF. Conclusion: low intensity swimming training may improve the coagulation and fibrinolytic activity, but high intensity swimruing training is not helpful to improve the fibrinolytic activity and reduce the function of anti - coagulation system.
