摘要
碳分子筛变压吸附制氮机广泛应用于化工、冶金、电子工业,但在炼油厂酮苯脱蜡装置中的应用还没有先例。本文提出了用碳分子筛变压吸附制氮机制取氮气满足装置过滤系统密闭及氮气汽提用气,从而取代目前惰性气发生炉通过燃烧耗氧制取氮气的常规工艺,根据项目投用后核算结果及投资回收期的预测,结论认为:碳分子筛变压吸附制氮机在炼油厂酮苯脱蜡装置中的应用是可行的。
PSA nitrogen gas generator is extensively applied in chemical industry, metallurgical industry andelectron industry,but there has no instanll in ketone-benzol dewaxing unit of refinery. It is posed in t.hisarticle to manufacture nitrogen gas using PSA nitrogen gas generator to meet the needs of sealed filtersystem and strippers. It can take the place of the conventional technology by air burning gas generator atpresent.lt is concluded that it is feasible to apply PSA nitrogen gas generator in ketone-benzol dewaxingunite of refinery,through the accounting and the calculation of recovery period.
