以低钠血症为首发表现的肺癌一例
摘要
肺癌的临床表现多种多样，其中以低钠血症为首发表现的抗利尿激素分泌失调综合征（syndrome of inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone, SIADH）并不多见。我院于2008年10月17日收治了1例以顽固性低钠血症为首发表现的肺癌患者，现报道如下。
