摘要
数控加工中合理确定走刀路线对于保证被加工零件的加工精度和表面质量以及提高编程和加工效率起着非常重要的作用。以数控车床加工的轴类零件为例,分析了走刀路线的确定与优化。
Rational determination of the tool path in NC machining plays very important roles to ensure the machining accuracy and surface quality of the parts to be machined as well as to improve the efficiency of programming and processing. The paper analyzes the determination and optimization of the tool path by taking shaft parts that are machined by NC lathe as examples.
