7月31日，中国有机肥产业化标准论坛暨中国有机肥行业协会发起签字仪式在北京美泉宫酒店隆重举行。本次论坛由中华合作时报社、《中国农资》杂志社共同主办，论坛得到国家化肥质量监督检查中心（上海）、全国肥料和土壤调理剂标准化技术委员会等单位的大支持。
Although Sinochem Group has denies that they were going to be overall listed company, they never stopped working on going public to be overall listed. Recently, Sinochem Group, combining COSCO Group, set up the share of Sinochem to prepare for overall listing. The only large-scale fertilizer dis- tribution enterprise which successfully entered the capital market soon aroused the discussion about fertilizer distribu- tion enterprises being listed.
