摘要
尝试依托GIS技术,利用VBA及ArcObjects建立干旱监测评估系统,通过对辽宁省再分区,不同区域分别建立干旱遥感监测模型,进行辽宁省干旱灾害监测。同时,结合高程数据和土地利用等地理信息系统数据,通过调用不同作物、不同等级的灾损系数进行干旱定量评估的探索。
Drought monitoring evaluation system was built based on GIS technology and VBA and ArcObjects utilization, remote sensing moni- toring of drought models were built in different areas through subarea of Niaoning , monitoring the drought disaster of Niaoning. Meanwhile, combined with elevation data and land utilization and so on gis data, drought quantitative evaluation was explored through using coefficient of calamity loss of different crops and grades.
