摘要 分析了非对称气动伺服阀控单作用气缸的气动压力控制系统的数学模型。通过非对称伺服阀的实验,得到了伺服阀的流量增益、流量-压力系数和压力增益系数,建立了系统的数学模型(包括三阶传递函数式),取得了结构参数与增益、系统带宽、稳态误差之间的关系。进行了闭环压力控制系统频率响应的实验,实验结果与计算结果十分接近。 The mathematical model of a pneumatic force control system with an asymmetric servovalve and a single-acting cylinder were described. From the experimental results of an asymmetric servovalve, the typical three coefficients of flow gain, flow-pressure coefficient and pressure gain are obtained. The dynamic models were derived and simplified to be as a transfer function of the third order. The relations among mechanical parameters and frequency bandwidth, steady--state error of the system were also discussed. The calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental ones.
