摘要
不动产登记簿是不动产物权的基础,在设置上应有统一性,有合理的构造和编制标准。登记簿的记载对象应在物权法定的基础上,满足实践需求,并要有合理的记载程序。登记簿应根据不同内容而对不同的公众公开,并受正当程序、法律救济等制度措施的保障。
As the base of real estate law, real estate register with reasonable structure should be unified. Based on Numerus Clausus and guided by the due process, the issues written in the register which will have to meet the practical needs. The content of the register should be made public, and this should be protected by rules including due process and legal remedy, but the public degree depends on the consulter＇s identity or need.
