摘要
以采用转臂式轴箱定位的某型高速动车组为原形,通过多刚体动力学软件SIMPACK建立了完整的动力学模型,着重分析了一系纵、横、垂向刚度的变化对动车组稳定性、平稳性及曲线通过性能的影响。通过各参数的优化分析,发现合理的参数配置可以实现高速稳定性与曲线通过性能的理想配置,充分体现了轴箱转臂式定位的优越性。在仿真中,轮轨接触采用LMA踏面与Rail60 kg/m钢轨的匹配,轨道不平顺采用德国高速低干扰线路轨道谱。
With the operation of Jingjin inter-city high-speed railway, the speed of EMU has reached 350 km/h in China, so the dynamics performance of the EMU has turn more and more important. This paper takes a high-speed motor car as an example, to which the tumbler journal box is applied, to build a complete model through SIMPACK, laying stress on analyzing how the changes of its longitudinal, lateral and vertical stiffness would affect the stability, ride index and curve negotiation of the motor car. Through the optimizing analysis of the parameters, it is found that a reasonable configuration of parameters can achieve an ideal configuration of its stability and curve negotiation performance, fully realizing the advantages of the tumbler journal box. In the simulation, the LMA wheel tread is matched with rail of 60 kg/m for the wheel-rail contact, and the Germany high speed low disturbance track irregularity spectrum is adopted as the track disturbance.
