摘要
三峡左岸电站14台机组采用国际招标。招标文件规定，水轮机转轮的加工精度按国际通用标准IEC193－1977来验收。在议评标阶段，业主把握了投标商的竞争心态，适时提出由各投标商自报水轮机转轮的加工精度，并以此作为评价其工艺水平的依据之一。决标的结果是中标厂商的承诺普遍高于IEC193－1977标准，即三峡水轮机的制造精度将是高水平的。
The 14 sets of unit for the left bank hydro plant have been ordered via international compctitive bidding. It is specified in the tender documents that the machining accuracy of the runners for the turbines should be accepted at the international general standards lEC 193 - 1977. At the stage of discussion and evaluation of tender documents submitted by the bidders, the Owner held the bidders' competitive ideas and gave away in good time machining accuracy of the runners, submitted by themselves,which also was regarded as one of the bases for the workmanship evaluation. The commitments all over the standards IEC 193 - 1977 from the successful bidders, as a result, have shown the machining accuracy of the turbines for the Three Gorges Project can certainly be high.
