摘要
目的探讨髌骨骨折的临床治疗方法。方法我院骨科于2006年2月至2008年3月采用改良张力带钢丝内固定术治疗36例髌骨骨折患者。结果所有患者术后均达到骨性愈合,无一例克氏针松动或滑行致钢丝滑脱,膝关节屈伸正常或接近正常,无股四头肌乏力,偶有膝关节疼痛,其中优29例,良6例,优良率达到97.2%。结论改良张力带钢丝内固定术是临床治疗髌骨骨折的好方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical method of fracture of patella.Methods 36 cases fracture of patella patients which receiving between Feb,2006 to Mar,2008, were treated by reforming internal fixation with tension steel-wire.Redults All patients were achieved synostosis after operation.No cinch of Kirschner wire and olisthe of steel-wire.The function of articular genu were normal or almost normal. No debilitation of musculus quodriceps fexoris,but had pain of articular genu by chance.There were 29 cases got excellent while 6 cases got fine. The rate of fineness was 97.2%.Conclusion The method that reforming internal fixation with tension steel-wire was good treatment of fracture of patella in clinical.
