摘要
石津灌区末级渠系改造和农业水价综合改革试点工作已取得一定成效,通过对改革的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益进行分析,提出了对加快工程改造和农业水价综合改革的思考。
Achievements have been made in modernization of end canal system of Shijin Irrigation District and pilot project construction for implementing reform of water pricing system. The economic, social and ecological benefits due to the reform are evaluated put forward consideration of speeding up engineering renovation and agricultural water price reform.
