摘要
本文在理论上研究了半导体激光器的量子噪声。给出了ＡＭ 噪声谱等作为半导体激光器的材料结构、泵浦参量函数的理论公式。
In the paper. AM quantum noise properties of semicoductor laser have been studied theoretically.The theoretical formulations of AM noise spectra are geven as fuction of meterial stucture and pumping parameters.
