摘要
目的观察高寒环境下杂种犬肢体爆炸伤早期伤口病理变化特点,创伤区感染特征,为高寒区战伤早期救治的方案建立提供依据。方法建立高寒环境杂种犬肢体爆炸伤模型,犬雷管炸伤肢体后,分别于伤后即刻、4、6、8、12、24、48、72、96小时切取伤道深部软组织,行实验病理学分析其变化特点;伤道深部组织、外周静脉血细菌培养,并行伤道局部细菌定量检测,分析其与病理变化的关系。结果高寒环境杂种犬肢体爆炸伤后,24小时伤口组织炎性改变明显、感染,伤道组织培养有细菌生长,细菌数量为(3.7±0.16)×105cfu/g。结论高寒环境高湿度条件下伤口感染期为伤后24小时,研究结果为早期救治和预后判断提供了理论依据。
Objective To observe the early pathological changes and infection characteristics of canine limbs following explosive injury in cold environment, and to provide basis for the early treatment of war wound. Methods The model of dogs limbs exploded in cold environment was established. Deep soft tissue of wound was adopted immediately after explosion, and at 4,6,8, 12,24,48,72,96 hours respectively. The experimental pathological changes were researched;deep wound tissue and vein bleed were cultured;the quantitative bacteria was detected;the relationships between pathological changes and bacteria quantitative detection were analyzed. Results After explo- sion, the wound inflammation changed significantly within 4 hours ; tissue culture showed bacterial growth, wounds infection;the bacterial number was(3.7 ± 0.16) × 10^5 cfu/g. Conclusion In cold environment with high humidity, the wounds are infected during a period of 24 hours. The result of the research would provide a theoretical basis for treatment and early prognosis of war wound.
