摘要
2009年3月25日,国务院常务会议审议并原则通过关于推进上海建设国际金融中心的意见。本文运用SWOT分析法对上海建设国际金融中心的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行深入研究,并且结合全球金融危机的背景,提出了加快上海国际金融中心建设的若干政策性建议。
On March 25 2009, the State Council Standing Meeting gave the go -ahead for the municipality s proposal to speed up shanghai’s growth into a major international financial center. This thesis undertakes an in-depth research into the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by Shanghai of becoming an international financial center with SWOT analysis. It also provides several politic proposals on its construction in the context of global financial crisis.
