摘要
[目的]为了解决目前草莓生产中连年采用自繁苗而出现的种性退化、种苗劣质等问题,提供优质生产用苗。[方法]采用茎尖组织培养法获得草莓脱毒苗,并按小区间比排列法进行草莓组培苗和自繁苗田间性状比较试验。[结果]草莓组培苗在植物学性状、果实性状、丰产性及抗病性等方面均明显优于自繁苗。[结论]在草莓生产上,应大力推行组培苗作为生产用苗。
[ Objective ] The study aimed to solve the problem of seedling degeneration and inferior seedling caused by using the serf-reproducing seedlings in the present strawberry production and provide the high-quality seedlings in the production. [ Method ] Using the method of stem tip tissue culture, the virus-free strawberry seedlings were obtained. Using the small plot arrangement method, the comparative test was carried on the field characters of strawberry between tissue culture seedlings and self-reproducing seedlings. [ Result] The tissue culture seedlings of strawberry were superior to the self-reproducing seedlings from the aspects of botany characters, fruit characters, yielding ability and disease resistance and so on. [ Conclusion ] In the strawberry production, tissue culture seedlings should be taken as seedlings.
