摘要
研究了几种提取螺旋霉素的新溶媒体系的特性,并与目前工厂普遍使用的乙酸丁酯体系进行了多方面的比较试验。以解决乙酸丁酯萃取剂在萃取过程中消耗量大、回收溶剂能耗高的缺点。通过对各种萃取体系的萃取特性的研究,表明异辛醇是优于乙酸丁酯的新萃取体系。不仅萃取、反萃取分配系数高,而且萃取动力学性质等也优于乙酸丁酯萃取体系。而C5~9混合醇和C7~9混合醇虽能用于螺旋霉素的萃取。
The characteristics of some new solvents systems to extract spiramycin was studied in this paper, also comparison experiment of butyl acetate system generaly used by factory was included in order to overcome the shortcomings of large drainage and high energy consumption of butyl acetate extraction. The research showed that 2ethyl hexanol solvent is a new kind of extraction system which is better than butyl acetate, not only the distribution coefficient is high, but also the dynamics is better than that of butyl acetate system. Although C5 ̄9and C7 ̄9mixed alcohal can be used in spiramycin extraction, it increases complication in manufacture for its low distribution coefficient compared with butyl acetate.
