摘要
在新抗生素的筛选过程中，从小多孢菌Ｈ４７５０的培养物中分离到２个有抗菌活性的成分Ｈ４７５０－Ｂ和Ｈ４７５０－Ｄ２。其中Ｈ４７５０－Ｂ经理化特性和波谱分析（ＵＶ、ＩＲ、ＭＳ、１Ｈ－ＮＭＲ、１３Ｃ－ＨＭＲ、ＤＥＰＴ、１３Ｃ－１ＨＣＯＳＹ和１Ｈ－１ＨＣＯＳＹ），证实属于开链多烯类抗生素。
Antibiotics H4750-B produced by Micropolyspora sp. was active against MRSA. It was isolated by solvent extraction, flash chromatography and Sephadex LH 20 column chromatography. Its structure was elucidated based on its physico-chemical characteristics and spectroscopic data. It was classified to manumycin family and was identified with alisamycin.
