摘要
以大量的石膏和矿渣为原料,适当掺入水泥和其他组分制备不同配比的试块,选择凝结时间合理且强度较高的一组试块进行XRD分析和SEM照片分析.研究表明配比为矿渣∶石膏∶水泥=48∶40∶12,水灰比为0.42的试块性能最好.由于水泥、矿渣以及其他添加剂的加入,能够很好地调节墙体材料的耐水性.矿渣中含有Si和Al,通过石膏的激发作用,石膏与矿渣中的Al形成钙矾石,钙矾石呈凝胶状态,具有很好的强度和耐水性.
Gypsums and slag are used as raw materials, mixed with cement and other components to prepare different proportioning test blocks, one of which, due to its reasonable setting time and higher intensity, is then chosen for the XRD analysis and the SEM picture analysis. It is shown through the results that the performance of the test block is best when the proportioning of slag: gypsum: cement is 48:40: 12, and the W/C is 0. 42. As a result of adding cement, slag, and other additives, water resistance of mural materials is improved greatly. Aft is formed from gypsum and Al in slag by trigger action of gypsum, which is in the gel state and has good intensity and water resistance.
