摘要
目的探讨脊神经节(DRG)近端和远端压迫对DRG血供的影响以及2%利多卡因局部浸润麻醉对DRG血供的改善作用。方法采用微型血管夹,分别压迫DRG_6远端和DRG_5近端脊神经根,氢清除率法动态测定DRG内血流量变化。结果家兔DRG_(5~6)正常平均血流量为43.8±5.3ml/(min.100g)。结论近端或远端压迫都将降低DRG血流量,尤以远端压迫最明显。2%利多卡因局部封闭能显著改善和增加DRG的血供。
Objective To investigate the effects of proximal or distal compression injury on dorsal root ganglia (DRG) blood flow and the improvement of DRG_5 blood flow by local infiltration anesthesia of 2% lidocain. Method Mechanical compression on the proximal side of DRG5, and distal side of DRG_6 with microclamps was performed to dynamically determine the changes in DRG blood flow using hydrogen clearance method. Results The normal circulating blood volume of DRG_(5~6) in adult rabbits was 43.8±5.3ml·min^(-1)/100 g. Conclusion The proximal or distalcompression would decrease DRG blood flow but the more severely disturbed at the distal side than proximal side. Local blocking with 2% lidocain could obviously increase the blood supply of DRG.
