摘要
采用RAPD方法对大连沿海野生口虾蛄Oratosqilla oratoria资源的遗传多样性进行分析。结果表明:20条引物平均每条扩增出12.1条带,共检测到位点242个,其中多态位点占67.8%,个体间遗传距离为0.2367—0.5402,平均遗传距离为0.3583;根据扩增结果构建反映品种间亲缘关系的UPGMA聚类图,24个个体可划分为两大类。
The genetic diversity of wild mantis shrimp Oratosquilla oratoria collected from Dalian coast was analyzed by RAPD( Random amplified polymorphic DNA). There were 12.1 bands on each primer of 20 primers on average, and 242 loci were detected with the polymorphic loci of 67.8 %. The genetic distance between two individuals arbitrarily varied from 0. 2367 to 0.5402, with the average of 0. 3583. A dendrogram showing genetic relationships was constructed through an unweighted pair - group method (UPGMA) based on the DNA polymorphism and the 24 individuals were found to be clustered into 2 main clusters.
