温度对铁电体极化反转过程影响的细观力学分析 被引量:2

MICROMECHANICS ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF TEMPERATURE ON THE PROCESS OF FERROELECTRIC POLARIZATION REVERSAL

摘要 采用热力学和细观力学结合的方法,建立了考虑热、力和电影响的细观力学模型,对铁电体极化反转过程中温度对滞回曲线和矫顽场强的影响进行了研究.研究结果表明温度对滞回曲线形状和矫顽场强有显著影响,在四方相范围内,随着温度的升高,铁电体的滞回曲线变窄、变低,矫顽场强不断减小. This paper carries out the research on the influence of temperature on the process of ferroelectric polarization reversal. A micromechanics model is established based on the micromechanics and thermodynamics combined together including the influence of thermal, mechanical and electric, etc. The results show that the temperature influences the ferroelectric hysteresis and coercive strength direct. With the temperature rising, the hysteresis becomes smaller and the coercive strength becomes lower.
