摘要
在拉西环填料塔内,采用空气吹脱法处理模拟废水中的氨氮。按F-HZ-HJ-SZ-0016标准测定模拟废水中氨氮质量浓度。通过实验考察了模拟废水pH值、空气流量、废水温度对氨氮吹脱效率的影响,确定了适宜的操作条件为:pH值13,空气流量150 L/min,温度60℃。在上述条件下,氨氮吹脱效率达87.5%。
The ammonia nitrogen in simulated wastewater is removed by air blowing stripping in a rashig-ring packed tower. Nitrogen concentration value is determined according to industry standard F- HZ - HJ - SZ - 0016. The influence of pH, air- flow rates and wastewater temperatures on the stripping efficiency of ammonia nitrogen is investigated. The suitable operating conditions are determined as pH value of 13, air flow rate of 150 L/min, wastewater temperatures of 60 ℃. Under the above conditions, the stripping efficiency of 87.5 % is obtained.
