摘要
为了解决调节阀对管道中流体的扰动问题,采用皮托管对扰动后的压力波动信号进行取压的方式,对调节阀流场扰动问题进行了研究。在考虑皮托管总压信号与流场扰动之间关系的基础上,提出了一种基于短时傅里叶变换谱的总压波动信号分析方法。另外,为了提高皮托管总压信号的应用泛化能力,对得到的皮托管总压信号进行了无量纲化处理,得到了量纲1量。同时对归一化后得到的皮托管总压波动信号进行短时傅里叶变换谱分析,得到了相同流量不同开度及相同开度不同流量下的短时傅里叶变换谱的分布特征。
In order to resolve the problem of fluid disturbance of the regulating valve in the pipeline, the fluid fields disturbance was studied with Pitot Tube. A new analysis method of the total pressure signals of Pitot Tube was proposed based on considering the relationship between the total pressure signals and the fluid fields disturbance and short time Fourier transform spectrogram(STPT). Additionally, to improve the applied and extensive ability of the total pressure of Pitot Tube, the dimension 1 has been obtained after the total pressure of Pitot Tube was normalized. Meanwhile, the analysis of STFT was carried out with the normalized total signals, and the distribution feature has been acquired when the opening of the regulating valve was changed with keeping the flowrate fixed as well as unchanged the opening of the regulating valve with invariable flowrate.
