摘要
[目的]探讨护士个体特征对其急性和慢性疲劳的影响。[方法]选取成都市三级综合医院护士581人,使用一般情况问卷和职业疲劳量表进行调查。[结果]不同护龄和职称的护理人员急性和慢性疲劳差异均有统计学意义;不同年龄和婚姻状况的护理人员急性疲劳差异有统计学意义;而有无职务护理人员慢性疲劳差异有统计学意义。[结论]应根据护理人员的个体特征,有针对性地做好人员管理和工作安排,以缓解护理人员的急性和慢性疲劳水平。
Objective: To probe into influences of individual characteristics of nurses on their acute and chronic fatigue. Methods. A total of 581 nurses from third - grade hospitals in Chengdu city were selected and investigated by filling out general condition questionnaire and vocational fatigue rating scale. Results:There were statistical significant differences in terms of acute and chronic fatigue among nurses of different nursing ages and with different pro- fessional titles. In terms of acute fatigue, there were statistical significant differences among nurses of different ages and different marital state. And in terms of chronic fatigue, there was statistical significant difference between nurses with and without administration duties. Conclusion: One should ar- range work of nursing staff properly and do better in nursing personnel man- agement based on their individual characteristics, so as to alleviate both acute and chronic fatigue levels of nursing staff.
