摘要
察举制度是汉代选官制度的主要方式,在汉代不同的历史时期,察举制度的实施方式、实施范围、实施内容及其所产生的社会历史影响是不同的,因而察举制度所体现的选官制度也就必然有所不同,作为选官制度的补充和次要方式还有诸如征辟、任子、赀选、自荐、以材力或者以方伎入仕等等形式。汉代选官的方式是灵活多样的,给后世以重要的影响和启迪。
The system of examination and recommendation is the major ways of selecting officials in Han Dynasty. In different historical periods of Han Dynasty, the ways, realms, and contents of implementation of examination and recommendation system as well as their impact on society and history are different. As supplementary and subordinated ways of selecting officials, there were also some other ways such as being enlisted, being appointed by one's father, having candidateship after donating money, self-recommendation, entering officialdom after donating money or because of one's skills. The various ways of selecting officials in Han Dynasty have important influence and inspiration to the later generations.
