摘要
目的：探讨增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）与胃癌组织的浸润性及转移能力的关系，证明ＰＣＮＡ可作用胃癌预后指标。方法：应用Ｓ－Ｐ免疫组化技术检测了４２例胃癌ＰＣＮＡ的表达。结果：显示ＰＣＮＡ的阳性表达率为９０．０４％（３８／４２）。癌细胞浸润达肌层、浆膜层者ＰＣＮＡ指数显著高于浸润至粘膜下层组（Ｐ＜０．０５）；淋巴结癌转移阳性组ＰＣＮＡ指数显著高于无淋巴结转移组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；胃癌不同分化程度各组中ＰＣＮＡ指数无差异。
Objection:To explore the relationship between the expression of PCNA and the infiltration,metastasis of Gastric cancer Method:The expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)was studied on 42 cases of gastric cancer by SP immunohistochemical technique Results:In all cases examined,90 04%(38/42)showed poswed positive PCNA expression There is singnificant difference in PCNA indexes between the group of infiltration to the muscle or serosa layer and the group of infiltration to the submucosa The PCNA index is significiantly higer in the group with lymph node metastasis than that without lymph node metastasis There is on significant difference in PCNA index for the groups of differefnt differentiation Conclusion:PCNA index is a reliable criterion to determine the prognosis of gastric cancer
