摘要
有效的治疗癌痛是解除晚期癌症患者痛苦的有效措施之一,中医外治法在癌性疼痛的治疗中有一定优势和特点,此法泛指通过口服以外途径施治的疗法,主要利用药物透过皮肤、黏膜、腧穴、孔窍等部位直接吸收,发挥整体和局部镇痛作用,近年来在癌痛止痛领域广泛应用并显示了较好的效果。文章叙述了临床较常见治疗癌痛的中医外治法,并且针对中医外治法治疗癌痛提出相关的问题与展望。
The effective treatment of cancer pain is one of the effective measures to relieve pain from patients with advanced cancer, TCM external treatment have certain advantages and characteristics in the treatment of cancer pain, this treatment refers to ways other than through the oral treatment of therapy, the drug is absorbed directly through the skin,mucous membrane,acupoints, such as hole opening parts of the skin by which TCM external treatment plays a role in the overall and local analgesic effect, In recent years, it is used widely in the field of cancer pain analgesic and shows good results. The article describes the common TCM external treatments of clinical treatments of cancer pain and raises related issues and prospects.
