含汞污酸生物制剂处理的工业试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 进行了生物制剂配合-水解工艺处理锌冶炼烟气洗涤过程中所产含汞污酸的工业试验,考察了均化、生物制剂配合、中和水解等过程中汞及其他重金属离子的脱除,并对各工序产生的渣样进行了分析。结果表明:处理后的污酸含Hg 0.013~0.045 mg/L、Cu 0.010~0.093 mg/L、Pb 0.050~0.95 mg/L、Cd 0.009~0.055 mg/L、Zn 0.017~0.68 mg/L,均低于《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)的限值;均化渣含Hg28.31%,配合渣含Hg45.08%,可作为炼汞原料;水解渣重金属含量低、稳定性好,便于安全处置。 Industrial experiment of treating acidic wastewater by biologics complex-hydrolysis technology was carried out, acidic wastewater produced in washing zinc smelter off gas. Removing Hg and other heavy metals was researched in a equalizing process, biologics complex process and hydrolytic process. Sediment from the industrial experiment was analyzed, the results show that slag contain Hg 0.013~0.045mg/L, Cu 0.010~0.093mg/L, Pb 0.050~0.95mg/L, Cd 0.0090 ~0.055mg/L, Zn 0.017 -0.68rag/L, which were lower than those required in "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard"(GB8978-1996). Mercury content in equalizing sediment reached 28.31% and in complex sediment reached 45.08%, those sediment can be used as raw material for mercury smelter factory. Low concentration and stabilization of heavy metals in hydrolytic sediment makes it easier to dispose and treat.
