摘要
目的探讨不同病情急性胰腺炎患者血清甘油三酯水平及其可能的作用机制。方法对68例伴高甘油三酯血症的急性胰腺炎患者,依据CT分为B级13例、C级22例、D级15例,E级18例,分属CTb^CTe组,36例轻型胰腺炎与32例重症胰腺炎分属轻型组、重症组;比较各组间患者的血清甘油三酯水平是否存在差异。结果CTb^CTe组血清甘油三酯水平分别为(1.95±0.20)、(2.07±0.22)、(2.24±0.32)、(5.31±3.02)mmol/L;轻型组、重症组血清甘油三酯水平分别为(2.02±0.21)、(3.98±2.72)mmol/L。结论伴高甘油三酯血症的急性胰腺炎患者中CTe组较CTb、CTc和CTd组以及重型组较轻症组的血清甘油三酯水平都明显升高,血清甘油三酯的水平在一定程度上反映了急性胰腺炎病情的严重性。
Objectives The aim of the study is to analyze the serum level of triglyceride in patients with acute pancreatitis and discuss the mechanism of its action.Methods 68 patients with acute pancreatitis and hyperlipidemia were selected and assessed according to their CT grades and the Ranson codes,then classified into groups on the basis of their severity and the serum triglyceride among different groups was compared.Results There are 0、13、22、15 and 18 patients graded into CTa-CTe groups respectively according to their CT,36 and 32 patients classified into mild and severe groups respectively according to their Ranson codes.The seum triglyceride in group CTb-CTe are 1.95±0.20、2.07±0.22、2.24±0.32 and 5.31±3.02（mmol/L） respectively;the serum triglyceride in mild and severe group are 2.02±0.21 and 3.98±2.72（mmol/L） respectively.Conclusions The serous triglyceride in group CTe is obviously higher than group CTb、CTc and CTd.The serum triglyceride in severe group is also obviously higher than that of mild group.So the serum level of triglyceride could reflex the severity of acute pancreatitis to a certain extent.
