摘要 科研素质是生物工程专业创新人才专业能力素质基本要求的核心.在生物工程专业学生科研素质培养方面,经过6年的深入探索与实践,提出了"五会—四知—三懂—两能—一有"的生物工程专业创新人才专业能力素质的基本要求;建立了一个适应培养专业创新人才需要,提高学生科研素质的"311"理论课程教学模式及"5+1"实验课程教学新模式;构建了一个融课程学习、参与教师科研、课外科技活动、毕业论文与设计四位一体的学生科研素质培养体系,实现了教学相长的良性互动;并有计划、有组织、有目标、有措施地组织学生参加科学研究,形成了"抓关键、构载体、搭平台、重核心、强管理、立创新、求特色"的学生科研素质培养模式,发挥了学生的主体作用,取得显著成绩. The scientific research quality is the core of bio - engineering innovation and professional ability and quality of basic requirements. On the scientific research quality .training of bio - engineering students, after six years of in - depth exploration and practice, this paper puts forward some basic requirements known as "five to grasp - four to know- three to understand- two to can - one to have" for bio - engineering innovation and professional ability and quality of the basic requirements, establishes a new "311" theory of curriculum teaching model and a "5 + 1" experimental curriculum teaching model in a professional training to adapt to new talent and improve the quality of students research and builds a four - in - one of the quality of students scientific research training system involved in curriculum study, taking part in teachers scientific research, participating in extra - curricular science and technology activities and graduation paper and design to achieve a positive interaction between teaching and learning. Through planned, organized and objective measures to organize students to participate in scientific research, a new model has formed characterized as "grasping the key, establishing carrier, building platform, emphasizing core, strengthening management, making innovation breakthrough and seeking characteristics, while students play a main role.
