摘要
在山东、河南、四川开始的家电下乡试点工作,旨在撬动农村消费,提高农民生活质量。本文利用微观经济学深入分析家电下乡拉动农村消费的原因,阐释家电下乡政策中的限价、限购及补贴的实质,探求制约家电下乡销售的原因。
Shandong, Henna, Sichuan practiced the policy of home appliances going to the countryside to promote its consumption in December, 2007. The article makes use of the knowledge of the microeconomics to analyze how the policy is to be used promote the rural consumption, and explains the essence of the check price, quota and subsidy in the policy. Finally the article tries to find out factors restraining the sales.
