摘要
按分层破碎的物料相等原理,建立了各层当量料重的理论计算式。在机构尺寸具有最优解的条件下,按各层物料当量料重差值极小或均方根位极小建立了腔形设计的一般方法。根据不同的设计变量及约束条件可得到预期形状的最佳腔形,并对各种腔形进行了对比分析。
Based on the principle of crushing stone equivalence in each crushing layer, a formula of equivalent stone weight is derived analytically. In case that mechanismie di mensions have optimum solutions, a general method of optimal design of crushing chamber is given on the minimum absolute difference or the minimum root mean square quantity of equivalent stone weight in each layer. According to various design variables and boundary coditions, prospective optimal crushing chambers may be obtained. A compare analysis is made on various optimum crushing chambers in this article.
