摘要
企业改制带给环境管理新的课题。产生于计划经济时期的环境管理体系须作出改变以适应形势的发展。在目前的情况下，应从有序的、合法化的环境管理方法入手，实现企业改制对保护环境和控制污染的正面成效。
Enterprise system reform brought environmental management new problems. The environmental management system born in the planned economy period must be changed to suit the development of practice. But under current situation,it must depond on orderly and legal environmental management to realize the useful effectness of enterprise system reform to environmental protection and pollution control.
