摘要
在分析硝化细菌特性的基础上,研究了探讨了利用提高基质浓度来集硝化细菌的可行生,并比较了不同培养方式及富集前后活性污泥中硝化细菌的浓度。试验结果表明,当温度为30℃,pH=6.5-8.0,DO〉2mg/L时,经过12-13周的富集培养,污泥中硝化菌浓度可达2.0×10^8(MPN)/g(MLSS),是未经富集污泥中硝化菌浓度的12.5-20倍。
Based on analyzing the characteristics of nitrifying bacteria, the purpose of this study is to improve the enrichment of nitrifying bacteria in the activated sludge through improving substrate concentration, and compare the methods of culture and nitrifying bacteria concentration in the activated sludge before and after enrichment. The experimental result showed that under the conditions of 30℃, pH=6.5 - 8.0 and DO > 2mg/L, and cultivated for 12-13 weeks, the concentration of nitrifying bacteria could achieve 2.0 × 108(MPN)/g(MLSS), about 12.5-20 folds before enrichment.
