摘要
对正在服役的含硫油气田的井口设备材料进行了研究,通过低倍酸浸、金相检查、机械性能检查、断口扫描电镜分析以及化学成分和五害元素分析实验,结果表明:这些铸造井口设备材料都存在不同程度的严重疏松、气泡和相当严重的铸造缺陷,有些井口材料的热处理不当,导致材料的冲击韧性很低,并且部分材料的硬度超过抗腐蚀材料HRC22的规定,材料中五害元素含量很高,这些结果都降低了材料的抗硫化氢腐蚀性能。
The casting well equipment materials in sulfur oil &gas field was researched. Experiments such as acid washing test, microstructure analysis, mechanics property test, SEM, and chemical composition was done. Because many serious casting defects are found in every materials, and heat treatment technology is not proper in some of them, so impact toughness of these materials is lower. The Rockwell hardness of some equipment is higher than HRC22. The content of impurity composition is very high. These results reduce the function of the resistance SSCC.
