摘要
本文采用修正的直接测算法和间接测算法,测算了我国的资本外逃规模。结果表明:我国资本外逃规模总量较大,而且其增幅在不同年份存在差异,表现出明显的阶段性特征。同时,我国存在着资本的大量外逃与外资的大量流入并存的现象;我国资本外逃在未来仍将维持在一个较高的规模上,并对宏观经济环境有着强烈的敏感性。
This paper measures the scale of capital flight in China by adjusting on the direct measuring method and the indirect measuring method. The result indicates that the scale of capital flight in China is large, and the extend takes on an evident process in different year. Meanwhile, the phenomenon of capital flight and capital inflow is simultaneous. The capital flight of China will be remain at a higher scale in the future, and is sensitive to macroeconomic environment.
